Cindy joined The Gralia Group in 1977. In addition to overseeing corporate administrative and legal functions, Cindy’s responsibilities include investor relations and reporting, regulatory compliance and reporting oversight and involvement in financing, development and management activities. She is an attorney licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the Massachusetts Bar and Real Estate Bar Associations. Cindy graduated cum laude from the Western New England School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree. She was a member of the Western New England Law Review while in law school. She graduated summa cum laude from Elms College with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Paralegal Studies.
