Alongside her brother Ernie, Carole oversees and monitors all aspects of The Gralia Group’s operations and fiscal management. Her emphasis is on marketing, management and childcare operations. She has more than 30 years’ experience in real estate development, construction, marketing and management. She is also involved in the development, management, ownership and operation of The Arbors assisted living communities and childcare centers, as well as multi-family housing and commercial real estate properties. Carole has served as the IREM Committee’s secretary and holds an IREM Accredited Resident Manager (ARM) Certification. She is a preschool and infant/toddler teacher certified by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Department of Early Education and Care. Carole is also a licensed real estate broker in Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island and a Designated Realtor of the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors.
