Employment and Benefits Administrator

I joined The Gralia Group in 2003 after more than twenty years of law office experience with the primary focus in real estate. My responsibilities for The Gralia Group include managing the collection, coordination, distribution and reporting of data associated with the employment process for all of the facilities; administering corporate benefits plans and enrollment; and performing human resource, payroll administration, and IT functions. I also oversee the facilities’ office management departments with respect to employment and benefit-related matters and provide administrative support for key executives at the corporate headquarters. Every day is a learning experience which makes me love my job even more.

I grew up in Somers, Connecticut as did my husband, my son and my daughter. Outside of work I enjoy music, art, time with my family and our two Labrador retrievers.
